About the Creation of your Dinosaur Toy
Each Dinosaur is cut from quality wood on a C.N.C machine. Each template is hand drawn, cut out and then tested for binding with other moving parts, before the toy is produced. During assembly a special tool is used that allows for shrinkage and swelling to ensure no binding is found on any moving part. Walnut is used for the main parts as it contrasts well against the white maple. Both maple and walnut are sturdy hardwoods that hold their properties well against abuse or discoloration. The wood is finished with a light urethane finish for longevity. If you would prefer a food grade vegetable oil instead, please note that in the order notes section of your order.
